J. Taylor Crandall is Chairman Emeritus and a founding member of Oak Hill Capital and has been part of the firm since 1986. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Vice President with the First National Bank of Boston, where he managed the leveraged buyout group and the bank’s Dallas energy office.
J. Taylor Crandall earned a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College, where he has served on the Board of Overseers. He also received an honorary doctorate in humane letters from Bowdoin College in 2010.
