Marion is an energetic operations leader with more than 20 years of industry experience. Throughout her varied career she has gained expertise in building and leading successful multi-disciplinary teams and transforming operational delivery models across organisations to deliver world-class customer experience efficiently and in line with industry best practice.
This extends to enabling businesses to deliver best-in-class customer services around public and private cloud. Marion held senior operations roles at Alternative Networks, Control Circle and most recently at Daisy Group where she worked as Group Operations Director, prior to joining Pulsant. She is well versed in establishing strategy and direction, setting policy and executing business plans to deliver the overall business objectives to shareholders and investors.
