Stephen is an experienced business leader in the international technology sector, adept at building, leading and managing high performing teams, driving employee engagement and business transformation.
Stephen joined Pulsant in July 2020 and is responsible for leading Pulsant’s sales organisation and client engagement. With a proven track record in driving sales success and extensive experience in strategic sales leadership roles within the IT services sector, Stephen excels in complex and culturally differing environments by creating passion and enthusiasm for a joint vision, strategy and execution.
Before joining Pulsant, Stephen was Chief Revenue Officer at WCC, advising and implementing its global growth strategy. Prior to this he held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager (EMEA and APAC) for Aspect Software. Stephen led a successful strategy and business transformation, resulting in Aspect Software’s Cloud Contact Centre (CCaaS) being widely adopted in the International markets.
Stephen has achieved strong commercial success in his career to date within organisations such as Hitachi Data Systems, Orange Business Services, EMC and Computacenter.
