Q: Where is my data stored?
A: As part of our G-Cloud offering, we have a dedicated vault set aside within one of our enterprise-class data centres for our public sector customers, ensuring the highest levels of security and segregation.
Q: Can your G-Cloud services be combined to deliver a single solution?
A: Yes they can. The services Pulsant offers are designed to be both standalone and combined in a hybrid cloud solution, mixing different cloud platforms. In this way we’re able to align workloads to the right environments, in order to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose and meet your specific business requirements.
Q: As part of your G-Cloud offering, are you able to provide managed and unmanaged services?
A: Pulsant provides both platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) depending on what you’re looking for and what best suits your requirements.
Q: Do your G-Cloud services have access to the PSN network?
A: Yes, we do have connectivity to the PSN network from our data centres and it can be supported.
Q: What data classification can your G-Cloud service support?
A: Pulsant’s G-Cloud platform delivers protection for data classed as ‘Official’. We can also design solutions for data classed as ‘Official Sensitive’ with additional security controls if required.
