Q: What services are included in Cloud Protect?
A: Cloud Protect offers host-based intrusion detection, malware protection, vulnerability scanning, log management, file integrity monitoring, threat hunting and 24/7/365 threat monitoring and response supported by Pulsant support teams.
Q: Where can Cloud Protect be deployed on my infrastructure?
A: Cloud Protect covers managed infrastructure in a Pulsant data centre; colocated infrastructure within a Pulsant and/or third-party data centre; infrastructure hosted in customer owned/leased premises; cloud-based infrastructure hosted on Pulsant Enterprise Cloud, AWS, and/or Azure; private clouds provided by Pulsant; or any combination of the above in a hybrid or distributed cloud-based solution.
Q: I have Antivirus, isn’t that sufficient protection?
A: Putting Antivirus on a server is only the first step in adequately securing your infrastructure, it should not be considered full protection against all attack vectors. Cloud Protect is an intrusion detection system (IDS) that monitors your network traffic for suspicious activity and issues alerts when such activity is discovered.
Q: Why should we consider cyber attacks a risk to us specifically?
